A group of 13 California politicians have launched an effort to create a 51st state known as South California. Typical California politics—always copying whatever they do in Sudan.

Brewing giant Anheuser-Busch InBev has filed trademark applications for 15 area codes from from cities across the United States, most likely to spur alcohol sales to people depressed by the fact that a company can trademark area codes.

A restaurant in Pennsylvania has banned children under six from its premises. The eatery's owner said little kids are often loud and disruptive, "plus those little fuckers rarely have any money, anyway."
