On Wednesday, President Obama announced the U.S. will pull out 10,000 troops from Afghanistan by the end of the year, as well as an addition 23,000 troops by next summer. In other words, Obama just put another 33,000 people out of work. And right as election season is starting to heat up! It's as if he's trying to lose this thing!

After seven years of fighting the company in court, the Winklevoss twins said yesterday they will drop their appeal of a settlement agreement with Facebook. The brothers made the announcement in exactly 140 characters, a format they claim they invented while students at Harvard.

Republican person Sarah Palin says her national bus tour is temporarily on hold so she can perform jury duty in her home state of Alaska. Or, more likely, so she can perform about half of her jury duty before stepping down to "fight for all our children's future from outside the jury box."
