According to a recent comparison of brand name items sold at both stores, Target actually offers lower prices than discount supergiant Wal-Mart. In response, Wal-Mart announced it will be opening Targets inside all of its stores.

China will soon ban smoking in hotels, restaurants and other indoor public spaces in an effort to curb the habit in the cigarette-loving nation. Boy, it's good to see that government has finally got its priorities straight.
